April 9-11, 2010: Vintage Volvo Challenge at Sears Point (Infineon) Raceway

Hi Everyone,

Alan Berry has invited us to the Vintage Volvo Challenge.

Here is a copy and paste of the event flyer:
The VCOA has been invited to the Vintage Volvo Challenge at Sears Point April 9, 10, and 11th.

“It is a CSRG event and we will have about 25 vintage Volvos racing together. We will have PV 444s, PV544s, P-1800s, 122s, 142s, Marcos and Volvo powered sports racers. We are inviting all the Volvo clubs to come out and support the marque and display their cars in the dedicated car corral.

Special rates have been secured at nearby Novato Oaks Inn. Just call 800 625 7466 and mention "2010 Vintage Volvo Challenge" to get the super low rate that includes breakfast. We will also be doing a dinner Saturday night (April 10th). Commemorative posters, stickers will be available at the track for a nominal sum.
